Services Performed
- Road test vehicle to test brake operation. Customer stated vehicle may possibly need brakes replaced. Check for noises, pedal feel and if brake pulsate. If pulsation is present, verify with dial indicator to diagnose. Make list of items needed and report.
- TEST VEHICLE ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, USE COMPUTER SCANNER TO EXTRACT ANY FAULT CODES, INDENTIFY FAULT CODE DESCRIPTIONS AND FOLLOW APPROPRIATE DIAGNOSTIC PATH TO DETERMINE ACTUAL FAULTS.
- Performed oil service including changing engine oil & filter. Lubricated all chassis parts if applicable. Inspected both engine and cabin air filters. Checked level of all fluids including, power steering fluid, brake fluid, transmission fluid, coolant level & washer fluid (topped off as needed). We also checked condition of battery & verified all tire pressures.
- Install new brake pads and hardware including new rotors.
- Replace both front brake calipers/bleed front brake system
- Replaced cabin air filter, sanitized air duct system with disinfectant and also used deodorizer for internal odors.
