Amazing experience. I called at 12:00 PM to have some exhaust work done and by 12:20 my car was already being looked at. The woman at the front desk immediately gave me a fair quote and ordered … More the necessary parts for the repair. Once I decided to move forward with the work, I was given a free ride back to work. 90 minutes later, I received a phone call stating that the repair had been completed and when returned to pick up my car, the woman at the front desk informed me that they did not need to use the parts that she ordered and generated an invoice for 1/3rd of the original quote that I agreed to. The point is, she could have charged me full price and I never would have batted an eye. But the fact that she was honest and only charged me 1/3 of what she had originally quoted for tells me that this company is run by good people and I will definitely be returning in the future. Less
